I spoke to three different customer service reps and all were amazing and friendly.

We placed an order and when it was received several boxes were destroyed and repacked by FedEx, which is no fault of Azer's. We could not use these boxes due to the lack of labeling. Amanda was extremely helpful getting these boxes replaced in a timely manner.

We recently needed new lab equipment and supplies. Our sales rep and customer service rep who pushed our orders through were all very helpful and fast. Any questions and needs we had were addressed quickly and pricing has been very competitive. I will continue using Azer Scientific going forward with our lab supply needs.
