Hello Andrew, Thank you for reaching out and giving this feedback. We will review with our management team for any changes in the future. However the person you spoke with was correct, we do require an account to be created and approved prior to the order being processed. We manufacture and distribute a large number of medical devices, regulated chemicals, etc. and need to ensure by law that we are shipping to a verified account. We try to turn the approvals around as quickly as possible, and you can always place urgent orders over the phone with a credit card. We appreciate your understanding and hope you give us a chance to earn your business!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that led to this experience. Unfortunately we cannot pull any order information with what was provided, can you please reach out to our director of sales Alicia at [email protected]? We would like to process the correct refund as well as provide an additional credit for a future order. It does seem like a miscommunication of some kind occurred here, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. This is not the customer experience that we strive for, as you can see by our many 5 * reviews. We value your business and hope to hear from you soon. -Azer Scientific

Hello Labrite, thank you for bringing this negative experience to our attention. We would like to make sure all of our customers have a great experience, and we apologize that as a new customer we did not fully meet your expectations. We will have a member of our sales team reach out to follow up with you to get the sales order you are referring to. Reviewing your account it seems that most of your orders have shipped on time with the exception of an out of stock item. We try to be transparent about out of stock items on our website, and per our standard operating procedure do not charge your credit card until your order ships. We will be in touch shortly, we appreciate your feedback and business. -Azer Customer Care Team
