Didn't get a response via the online chat but my experience with the 15 minute lawyer session was good.

Did not get any help
I got a call within two minutes. After explaining the situation, the lawyer promised to call me back within 2 days. It has been 1,5 weeks and still no call. I can't recommend this service to anyone.
