I received some great advice and I would definitely use Avvo again. I did not need a lawyer in the end but I found the one I spoke to very nice and informed.

I had a specific question about filing for disability and the lawyer seemed unknowledgeable on the process. He hesitated and gave a vague answer without any detail. He then spent a few minutes trying to convince me to use him to file a workers comp claim, which I didn't want to do. It was unhelpful and I felt a little ripped off.

I was given great advice. My session even went somewhat longer with no extra charge. I have already recommended this site to 2 friends.

Yes I would refer AVVO to someone. I was told that I should try AVVO and I liked it. The initial cost was fine, the contact was swift, but the answer wasn't what I wanted to hear. Oh well, you can't win them all.

Did not answer my questions clearly, was using lawyer-speak on me, which is to say, answered me with deflections and a lack of clarity. Would not contact again.

Always helpful, and so fast. It's good to make a call when you have that burning concern and just need someone to field questions on the fly.

The lawyer that I spoke with was extremely helpful. I called about 11:30pm and they responded immediately.
