Rose, I just checked our TSC history with your order and you never sent a message that it was broken. We would have paid for return shipping and sent you a new one. I assure you it was not shipped broken so it's a shock to me. You ordered the item on 11/3/25 and it arrived 11/24/25 which is standard for shipping from the USA to Canada. That's 3 weeks not 7.

Lynne, this looks like you are in the UK. We don't sell in the UK - is it possible you have the wrong company for this review?

Marie, this isn't the place to ask for a shipping update. I contacted you on the website that you ordered the item from. I gave you a link so you could watch the shipping status. It's shipped DHL so it should take much longer. I've also asked DHL for updates on this order and will contact you if I see any delays.

I'm sorry you didn't like the scent. However we don't make them. Perhaps you should try another more to your liking.

We traced your shipment and it was lost in transit. I have emailed you the option of replacement or a refund. I apologize for the problem - next time please contact us so we can handle the issue for you.
