Just wanted to clarify how untrustworthy these review services are. For example 9 reviews in 3 years hardly show what you can expect from any company especially ones that do thousands of transactions a month like this one. We do not solicit reviews from customers at checkout like 99% of the "highly rated " companies do (before a product even ships even!). We do not pay or offer incentives to customers for a review . We do not beg for a review from anyone. Bottom line these review services do not paint an accurate story of what you can expect since the complainers will always post first and 9 out of thousands served a month in 3 years hardly paint a real picture We are not perfect but we try to do what's right ! AValive completed my order and shipped it in a timely fashion.

Have ordered multiple times from them and always found great pricing and good customer service. If item was back ordered or out of stock they have called me to ask about what I wanted to do. Only issue I have had is sometimes item says in stock but found out later it was back ordered. They told me they are working on the real time inventory issue
