I’ve been using auxbeam for almost 4 years now since I was 16 and they always help out. A led went out? They replace it. You crashed with their leds? They help out. Honestly I’m very happy with how helpful they have been.

Fog lights went out after a few months. Emailed them about it and they had a new set of fog lights in the mail the next day. Very pleased with my experience

Great products and customer service, I had a minor issue with the light bar I got last year, contacted customer service they replied quickly and resolved the issue with a warranty claim

Received product on time, then some months later had to contact customer services who replied immediately and solved my issued even that it was quite late to claim warranty.

Had a headlight go out had the lights for two years and they warranty them very quick response very polite people

Had issues with the 8-unit switch box. Auxbeam support was great is talking me through how to help them diagnose issue, and what to look for. In the end the unit was replaced without hesitation. Will purchase more auxbeam products in future. Thank you!

After doing a lot of research on which HID bulbs to by I settled on Auxbeam. After correctly installing them I noticed a small anomaly on one of the bulbs. After confirming it was the bulb and not the the housing or lens I reached out to Auxbeam with my concern and they immediately shipped out replacement. The new one worked without issue. As for the build and feel, they are really solid, and the output is incredible. I realize I was replacing 10 year old HID bulbs, but wasn't expecting that kind of improvement having had LED bulbs in previous vehicles. While only a month of use, I highly recommend them for anyone considering replacing their stock HID D1S bulbs with LED.

One of my fog lights came half put together, still functional mind you once I noticed it I tried installing the other bulb and forced it to much and broke it. I sent auxbeams pictures of my own fault and of theirs. They acknowledged that they were experiencing defects in the particular bulbs design so they sent me another set of no charge.
