Great customer service

Compre una luz al mes presento problemas, les envié fotos de lo que presentaba, y fue sorprende lo rápido que me contestaron e inmediatamente me enviaron un remplazo, sin pedir garantía , ni caja, (mi preocupación es que estaba instalada en república dominicana y es difícil enviar a EEUU) muy buen servicio al cliente, y cabe destacar que son unas luces muy potentes, nada que envidiar a marcas que cuestan 10 veces más, la compraría de nuevo 100%

I ordered these lights about 6 months ago or so. Got them installed about 3 months ago. Last week I noticed that there is water in 3 of them, so I emailed the customer support. They got back to me pretty quick and I was able to send them some pictures and they are sending replacement lights. There customer service is top notch and for that I will be using them for everything in the future. I will also recommend them to everyone I know looking for lights.

I have ordered and used many different LED lights and Auxbeam is by far the brightest. Great order process on their website and though I was sent the wrong bulb for my fog lights, they sent the right ones and let me keep the original to resell or give as a gift.

Very quick response by customer support and they quickly sent me a new set of lights after one of them started malfunctioning (with video evidence) without any additional charges. Also great quality lights, 10/10 would recommend. (Thank you Dorothy!)
