I was contacted by a collections agency for a balance that Autzu later confirmed did not exist. Despite having no outstanding balance, I was left dealing with collections and the stress of potential credit reporting issues. This situation should never have happened. Customers should not have to resolve errors caused by a company’s internal processes. I ask the company reach out to me and the credit bureau immediately to resolve this

Autzu, Toronto at King West location is the worst experience I had with a rental. I tried twice. First time in April 2026 and upon arrival they did not have any clean, charged car available for me. Support is also terrible and had to wait for a long time for anyone to answer my phone call. I had booked for 6 hours and received my refund. I complained to Autzu and they said they will let management know and get their cars cleaned. Tried a 2nd time on 7th May 2026 and booked for 8 hours. Again no car was available. All cars at the location were damaged and dirty with some having flat tires. On the same date another gentleman arrived at the same time and he did not get a car either. We had booked 3pm-11pm. We contacted Support and I have written proof that the agent has generated a ticket for my refund. 8 days later and I have not received an email confirming refund has been processed and I have not received any refund. Stay away from trying to rent Teslas from Autzu Toronto at King West location. It’s almost three weeks and I still have not received full refund when they could not provide me with a car. This update is dated 27th May 2026.

Hi Supriyo, thank you for sharing your experience in detail. Your April visit was a genuine failure on our part, and we're glad that was resolved at the time. Regarding your May 7th booking, we acknowledge that vehicle condition wasn't communicated to you ahead of your arrival, and that's something we're actively working to improve. We've been in touch with you directly and have made an exception to work toward a fair resolution. If you haven't received our communication or have outstanding questions, please reach out at [email protected] and we'll make it a priority. We appreciate the feedback, it's pushing us to raise our standards.
High availability of vehicles in the fleet, ease of setup, and quick learning curve driving the altered Teslas. For a few hundred dollars a week, it's not bad.

Hi David, We’re truly sorry for the lack of response you experienced. During the time you reached out, Autzu had paused operations, and unfortunately some customers were negatively affected, including delays in support. We know that’s not acceptable, and we’re committed to doing better moving forward. Our team has been working to improve both communication and response times so drivers can rely on us without interruption. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your feedback.
