Great experience. Initially we put in a request for a bid with another company. Three weeks later no news. We then decided to contact direct express and within 5 days, our bid was accepted. It's probably a good idea to call the shipping company to get the driver's contact so there are no surprises.

Direct Express Auto Transport had Parkway Auto Transport pick up my Classic car within 3 days and the vehicle was in my drive way 3 days later. From Topeka Kansas to California. The vehicle arrived safe and sound in an enclosed transport. This was great service by both Direct Express Auto Transport and Parkway Auto Transport. I just moved from Austin to Pittsburgh. I looked for the shipping company to take care of my car. After I talked with Direct Express Auto Transport, they made me confident because of their quick responses (both of e-mails and phone). First time, I had a little bit of troubles about the pick-up schedule. However, they came to pick up very on time and that could get rid of my problems. Thank you for the great services !!!!

I have shipped 5 cars with Direct Express Auto Transport. Also, 3 of my friends have used this service as well a few times. What we like about this service is that the process is straight forward. You put in your information and you get an immediate quote. This way you can make an informed decision on shipping the car you are selling or buying. They are easy and each driver has kept me overly informed about the expected delivery of the vehicle. I have shipped a car from Idaho to Texas in 9 days. Also, a car from Rhode Island to Texas in 6 days. I am a customer for life.
