Purchased the extra whitening gel. Opened the package and there was a very small leak in the bottom of each tube. Contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. I LOVE this product and the customer service! Will continue to do business with them in the future.

Received my Auraglow teeth whitening pen last week and I can certainly see a difference and will definitely be purchasing more products. The taste was nice minty and I have very sensitive teeth and there was no pain applying the pen 2 x daily, Love this product!

Dale has been very understanding with the problems regarding the product that I had. Dale also was very prompt with his responses and did not skip a single beat!

Unfortunately my light product would not charge but Dale stepped in and resolved the issue with prompt responses and individual contact. With all the companies outsourcing and having automated dealings it’s impressive I had a point man to handle my issue. I was very impressed even though it was a pain dealing with a defective product. Great product, really whitened my teeth in only a few days. I will keep using it, cant wait to see how white my teeth will get.
