Dear Lelle We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay with your order. We understand that waiting this long after placing your order on August 6 is understandably frustrating, especially after the original shipment was lost in transit and we subsequently arranged a replacement. We also recognize that receiving apologies without seeing clear progress can be disappointing, and we are sorry that this has been your experience. We are currently checking the status of the replacement shipment and reviewing the communication related to your order to ensure that this matter is properly followed through. We will continue working with our fulfillment team to arrange another replacement shipment for you. If you would prefer not to receive another replacement, you are also welcome to contact our support team and we can assist you with a refund instead. Our priority is to resolve this matter properly rather than have you continue waiting without a clear solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize that this experience has not met the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve it. Best regards, aulumu Team

Hi Arthur, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the AF02 Screen Protector included with your Fold 8 order. The AF02 Screen Protector was intended to be provided as a free gift, and we understand your concern about seeing a charge for it. After reviewing your order, we have refunded the amount charged for the screen protector to your original payment method. There is no need to return the item. Regarding your attempts to contact our Support Team, we have checked our records but were unable to locate the emails mentioned in your review. We’re sorry that we were not aware of the issue sooner and that this led to a frustrating experience. We’re glad you brought it to our attention here so that we could look into your order and resolve the matter. We appreciate your patience and hope the refund helps bring this issue to a satisfactory resolution. Best regards, aulumu Team

Dear customer， Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry that your return experience has been frustrating and that our communication did not provide the clear and straightforward assistance you expected. When a customer decides to return an order, we believe the priority should be making the process clear and helping them understand the next steps. We regret that our previous offer of a 50% discount made you feel that we were trying to persuade you to keep the product rather than assist with your return. That was not our intention. We offered it as an alternative solution that we hoped might be more convenient, but we fully respect your decision to proceed with a return. Return arrangements can vary depending on the individual order and circumstances, and a return is not necessarily sent to China. Our support team provides the appropriate return instructions and address for each case, with the aim of making the process as clear and straightforward as possible. The relevant return terms are also available in our Return & Refund Policy. At the same time, we recognize that having a clear policy is only part of providing a good customer experience. Our communication should make the process easy to understand and ensure that customers feel properly supported. In this case, we clearly fell short of that expectation, and we sincerely apologize. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly. Please contact our support team with your order details, and we will review your case and assist you with the appropriate next steps. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We take it seriously and will use it to improve how we communicate and support our customers throughout the return process. Best Regards, aulumu Team

Hi Schylar Mendez, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that you’ve had to keep asking for an update without receiving a clear answer. We completely understand how frustrating it is to place a pre-order and simply want to know when you can expect your case. We’d like to clarify the status of your order: your S Fold8 case is part of our **September 8 shipping batch**. As these cases were offered as pre-orders, we are fulfilling orders according to the time they were placed, and your order is scheduled to be processed for shipment on **September 8**. We also sincerely apologize that you didn’t receive a timely response to your messages and comments on Instagram. Regardless of the pre-order schedule, you deserve clear and timely communication about your order. We’re sorry we didn’t provide that sooner. Your case is on schedule for the September 8 shipping batch, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We genuinely appreciate your support for our new S Fold8 case, and we hope the case will be worth the wait.
