Very poor service from slow to respond
Very poor service from slow to respond, technical difficulties, not transparent about fees, terms and conditions. CEO doesn't even know what is posted on their website for their terms of service. Service is misrepresented, it is essentially a data scraping service that aggregates job postings into one place. They are an additional middleman. No urgency or care for their clients, once you pay them they check off your box. They advertise 100% refundable on fees if service does not meet expectation, but do not practice this.

Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are committed to transparency and client satisfaction, and we regret that your experience did not reflect these values. We would like to clarify that we never advertised or offered a 100% refund policy on our services. It appears there was a misunderstanding, likely stemming from communications with a former sales agent who is no longer with us. Please note that your contract was cancelled and no further billing occurred. Additionally, we have since discontinued the use of external sales agencies to ensure clearer communication and accountability. We hope that despite your experience, you have found success in your job search. Should you have any further concerns or need additional clarification, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
