Not only did they provide a substantial savings on my purchase of B&O's H8 headphones, they spent time with me before my purchase to make sure I was fully informed, and then they got it to me within days of ordering. Before I ordered an Open Box speaker from AudioGeeks I called their 800 number and was more than pleased to speak with an actual person who understood my concerns and allayed them completely. I recently had an issue regarding a return request on a set of broken headphones. However, Greg the manager called me and wanted to make everything right.
