I purchased a new amp and it got stuck in El Paso, and Dan spent a lot of time with FedEx getting it moving again. I received it very quickly as a result. And as a novice, I needed his help installing the amp and he was patient and clear and truly excellent with me, providing perfect support. And the price was the lowest that I found anywhere! Bravo!

They treat their customers with respect and how we would like a Company to treat us. I was surprised by an earlier comment that gave them a 1 Star rating and said they were rude and would not accept a return? I suspect theirs more to the story? Unreasonable return policy! Policy reads "30 day satisfaction guarantee". Was told I could not return headphones for sanitary reasons. I was told "common sense would tell you that" and "we are not Amazon and can't do returns on everything". Very condescending and rude! Buyer beware!
