We covered the fit of the hearing device and she was so helpful by provided a visual lesson and demonstration to insert the hearing aides. My mom is 95 years old and she was able to follow everything Robyn shared during our on-board virtual call.

Product came with no instructions of any kind. I had no clue how to replace ear cups, how to correctly fit, what the accessories were for, whether their were any adjustments. They did not fit as advertised so I called to return. Amazing I was out of the 45 day window for return (which I thought was 60 days). Of course they started the 45 days they charged the product and I didn't get is for 10 days from that. I wanted a refund but I am at 48 days according to them. So beware they offered me a credit to upgrade (bait & switch) . Not reputable at all.

I am having the same problem with the charge case cracking in the exact same place as the first set of the AdamX. The case has not been dropped or abused. I am fed up with Auden. I previously had a adam pro2 and it was OK. I had to get a video call to someone in another country to get the first set replaced which was difficult for me. The product has a design flaw and I am looking for another brand. I have the insurance policy but that doesn't help the flusteration. Sign unhappy customer---- H D Nickerson
