I marked it down to 4 stars because the right hearing aid was DOA right out of the box. I have the ION PRO 2 hearing aids that I ordered off of QVC. The left hearing aid works really well. I am waiting to get these replaced or whatever needs to be done to get a functional pair.

They responded to my e-mail immediately, and I eventually ended up on a telephone conversation with Rachell who is generously sending me a replacement before I return my original hearing aids (the ones giving me problems) since I don't have any others to wear in the interim.
