Wow I can see that you've been a Audien customer for some quite some time now. I hope you enjoy you your new Atom Pro 2, Happy Hearing.
Tried the three thousand dollar hearing aids years ago. Granted advances have been made since but for the price difference there is no question I made the right choice with my Audien Pro's. Wow, what a difference. At home or in a group setting they perform as claimed. You too will love them Thanks Audien Hearing

5 months ago spoke to an associate to stop receiving a product on a monthly basis. No longer received the product but continued to be billed for it. Called regarding this today - was told I was being billed for a different product????? Associate said that I would be reimbursed for the bills. Will wait to see what happens.

Lynne, After looking into your oder details it shows us that the subscription was cancelled on 6/5/23 and were never billed for the accessory subscription since then. The last payment I can see Is when you upgraded to our BTE model on 8/16/23 for $149.00. Can you please provide the payment details so I can resolve this for you.

Daniel this is a highly irregular circumstance and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I can see in your order details that Jack upgraded you to the Atom Pro 2 I am confident you'll love your new set of hearing aids!
Purchased Atom pro first. It has excellent sound quality and easy recharging and maintenance. The only complaint I have is volume is not as high as I would like. I have 2 sets of the atom. Volume is good as is sound quality. Only complaint is it is difficult for me with vision problems to adjust and turn off and on. Also, the recharger does no have a cover, nor does it retain charge after disconnected. I do appreciate the ease of dealing with this company. I have not had to talk with people that I can’t understand. They seem eager to help.

Joyce, We appreciate the amazing review and feedback. We received a lot of reviews about the charging dock not not having a cover which is why we updated the design for the Atom 2. I will be having someone reach out to you via email to try our newest model!
The the sound wasn’t very good in my opinion

Great customer service.... but I had repeated problems with the product. A complete refund is being processed as promised by Liz in Customer Service!

Liz is amazing, I'm happy to hear she was able to help you with the return process. Best of luck in you hearing journey.
Terrible customer support. Promise personalized support, but when my Atom Pro 2s were not working, no one was there to help. Stay away from the Atom Pro 2. Also they are amplifiers not hearing aides BIG Diifference. Reply: If Audien called me twice in ten minutes then why is there no record of this on my phone. I also told the customer service agent I was only available for ten minutes. They also don't say my call was a returned call to them wanting information about my experience. Two strikes and you are out! This is not the first time Audien has failed me as a customer. I could only hope they point out the calls and requests for assistance, which were ignored or conducted by non hearing professionals with attitude. I sent mine back; even their refund system is snarled. I had to request my refund after waiting two weeks from returning them. STAY AWAY. They are "hearing aids," but they are unsupported by Audien and they caused me severe pain. We shall see what the FDA determines after my complaint.

Arthur I can see that you contacted us on November 8th at 10:55am and we tried calling you back twice 10 minutes later and you didn't answer both calls. I am more than happy to send you a replacement order if you received a defective pair. Also the Atom Pro 2 isn't an amplifier it is an OTC hearing aid cleared by the FDA.
