Beware No Refunds or Returns

Trustpilot Review – Audien Hearing I purchased a hearing aid directly from Audien Hearing and later requested a return and refund within the stated return period. I contacted customer service multiple times over a period of several weeks. The refund process was not straightforward, and communications were slow and unclear. Despite following the company’s stated return process, the refund remains unresolved as of this posting. I have retained copies of my order confirmation and communications. This review is not about minor dissatisfaction. It is about the company’s handling of a refund request and whether the process aligns with what a consumer would reasonably expect based on the company’s representations. I recommend that prospective customers carefully research independent reviews and proceed with caution, particularly if relying on advertised return or refund assurances. On trustpilot the company advertises its return policy and I found it to be completely false in my experience. “ Our Satisfaction Guarantee Try It Risk Free 45 Days - "Love It" Or Your Money Back! At Audien, we're proud to provide our customers a 45 day money back guarantee on all purchases. There shouldn't be any pressure to try a new pair of hearing aids... and with us, there isn't any! Order any hearing aid risk free and if you don't love it, send it back for a full refund.” THis is completely conflicting with my customer experience. Public Response to Audien Hearing To clarify the timeline for accuracy: the product was delivered on December 8, 2025, per carrier tracking. I contacted Audien multiple times within the 45-day period requesting a return and RMA. I was later informed that my 45-day return window had expired and that a return would not be accepted. That information was incorrect. Forty-five days from the December 8, 2025 delivery date is January 22, 2026, meaning the return window had not expired when I was told it had. This was not a communication gap. I requested an RMA several times within the return period and was denied based on an incorrect calculation of the deadline. I retained my tracking records, order confirmation, and communications and am posting this clarification so other consumers have an accurate understanding of my experience.
