First, I was worried I had ordered from a sketchy site and the price was “to-good-to-be-true, but I was pleasantly surprised! My faucet came in a reasonable amount of time and when I had a question about tracking someone responded quickly. Pleasantly surprised!

Die Moranolampe kam unversehrt an. Ersatzteile wurden nicht benötigt. Zusammenbau recht mühselig, die Unterstützung per Video und zusätzlicher Beschreibung war sehr hilfreich. Jetzt sieht die Lampe sehr dekorativ aus.

We were in the process of building a new home and found a lot of interesting lights at ATY. We ended up ordering well over $10K in lights and many of them sat months before installation. We had a couple of minor issues and even though the order was nearly 6 months old, the customer service team stepped up and took care of us. They are very honest, most of the products were of good quality, and most importantly, they always did what they said they would do. My only advice is to be patient, at times there was a 48 hour delay in returning emails and shipping is sometimes slower than expected, but they are a trust worthy company. I would recommend them and will buy from them again. Thank you ATY!

Bought a chandelier online and was nervous spending so much on something I hadn’t seen. It arrived quickly and was better than expected. The team were very helpful and responsive. I’d definitely recommend them.

I ordered the Murano Glass Chandelier. You need to read the description before ordering, as you will need to assemble it yourself. There is no way they can ship it assembled. Once I ordered, they immediately confirmed with me via email that I understood I would be assembling the piece, which I did. The customer service was excellent and their response time to questions was almost immediate. The chandelier was delivered exactly as promised without any broken pieces. Assembly was very easy and the final product is stunning.
