Great people. They made sure everything was right and answered my questions promptly. I found calling then to be the best and fastest way to get in contact with them. Thet only problem I had with them is it took a month for my shop to get the transmission. then it didn't have the torque converter with it. Had to am wait another week. Finally everything arrived and I was given a lifetime warranty for the wait. For the quality and the price I say it's a fair deal to wait a little longer than expected. They test every transmission before sending and fix any issues that might have come up in testing. So the 3-5 days shipping is bs but they're alright people. I wound use again.

So far transmission works excellent.. however shipping was ridiculously slow. It took 5 weeks to get my transmission. When I finally had enough excuses and threatened to cancel my order it was delivered in 2 days. If you have plenty of time to wait I think they are great transmissions.

Needed a part for my Ford Edge, they didn’t have it but made sure they found me one and in a very timely manor. The customer service was excellent, and Tiffani went above and beyond to help me out! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family.
