ATN is horrible I’m on my 4th scope in less than 30 days. I have had nothing but frustration and bad customer service. Customer service also lies and refuses to answer questions.

ATN is pure junk, have on that has never worked talk to them for months and then they said that it was to old and they could not fix it. So much for a lifetime warrantee. Guess I will use it for a paper weight

Bought an ATN scope pre pandemic from Cabelas, scope broke in two weeks and ATN refused to do the warranty work because I couldn’t find the receipt. Recently I pointed out what happened on FB ATN Rep lied to me saying ATN doesn’t refuse to fix a scope based on lack of a Receipt then they sent me a list of required paper work that said warranty work requires a receipt on line 4... ATN is not an honest company

I am extremely happy with my new purchase from ATN this is a great tool. I highly recommend buying one of these scopes from Oliver Vallero.

Bad university

I ordered an OTS-XLT thermal, and I explicitly asked and was told by an ATN salesman the unit was made in USA, but when I received it it was made in china. Dishonest sales staff.

This ATN X sight 5-15x has been a lot of fun and works well. It occasionally freezes and the IR light did burn out but I am in contact with ATN and they are going to replace it.
