I had a faulty illuminator on a new scope. Called atn customer service and got Faris, and he was the man! Diagnosed my problem quickly and professionally and had new part shipped to me almost immediately! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I highly recommend ATN. I own both a XSight4k and a Thor 4 thermal. I had to reach out to customer service about software issues and Faris Oran handled my situation perfectly. Very responsive and professional.

Oliver Vallero, customer service representative, has been very responsive and helpful for all my inquiries and issues as a first time purchaser of an ATN IR scope. Oliver and the rest of the customer service staff has a "tough row to hoe". I say this based on my observations over the past month or so. Specific observations include: a lot of people are new to the IR and Thermal technologies so there is a ramp up time to get used to them; the software for the scopes does have occasional bugs; the quality control from the manufacturing is less than perfect; the operators manuals appear to be written by people that do not have a strong command of the written English language nor do they have intimate familiarity with the product being written about. All of these observations taken together make it really tough on the customer service reps and I think Oliver is doing as great a job as he possilbly can given these circumstances. I hope ATN is taking good care of their customer service reps and is working to resolve the product and documentation shortcomings.

ATN Customer Service is superb. It is great to know the company stands behind their products. Faris Oran did an exceptional job when I had an issue with my ATN Thor 4 and the process was seamless. I will definitely be doing future business with ATN.

Absolutely no customer service…. Have left 3 messages to have them call me back and nothing a week later… have about 6 different issues with my Thor 5. I love the scope but when you need help it’s not there. Spent $2600 on this scope, ridiculous. Now I can’t get anyone to call me back for a return. But the sale went really fast and no problem taking my money or getting assistance… imagine that. I can read through the fake reviews, they are extremely good or down right bad… I’ve tried for a week to find some good…
