Kelly prince was wonderful

She was wonderful to and very helpful and understanding of my issues. She walked me through some steps to possibly help with the issues but was later determined that the product had to returned for repair

I know it's a busy time of year, but Kelly Prince was amazing. Very friendly and a quick turnaround for my RMA.

Kelly Prince has taken great care to get my thermal scope problem resolved. Kelly and I tried to solve the scope problem over the phone, but nothing worked. Kelly promptly sent a RMA number and the scope is on it's way to ATN. I'm sure they will take care of my scope issues as well as Kelly has taken care of me.

Dealt with Chamberlain on an 5 LTF 5x25. Made awesome deal I couldn’t resist. Will do business with ATN (Chamberlain) again!!

Chamberlin with ATN in Miami was very helpful and even called me after work hours to make sure I was happy, very pleased.

I have heard that ATNs customer support was good but having to call them really proved it. I spoke to Kelly Prince and she was top tier of anyone I've ever delt with on the phone. Keep it up ATN.
