Despite ATLAS VPN saying that they'd look into my case straight away, 16 days on there still hasn't been a response. We are now more than 2 months on from my purchase and I still haven't been supplied with any log-in information. Therefore I will continue to write an update, every couple of weeks giving them 1 star until the issue is sorted. Once again for Atlas, tickets raised are: Original ticket ID 25/11/2022: 116944 2nd ticket ID 20/12/2022: 123662 3rd ticket ID 29/12/2022: 126287 Update: In response to the comment from atlas below, if I have received emails from hello@atlasv*n.com and no-reply@atlasv*n.com then I am receiving emails from you. How very odd that YOU state that I can't, and no, nothing in the spam folder. Also how would I have received support ticket numbers from you? I will contact you from a different email address and if your product is as good as your support, I'll be wanting a full refund.

AtlasVPN very fast to take you money - but thats the only thing they are fast at. No connection. Unfortunately paid for 2 years. 29.1 2023 - not sure what happened - but seems it works now

Anfangs TOP später andauernd VPN Abbruch. Probleme beim WLAN Wechsel und seit Tagen kann ich mich nicht einloggen obwohl ich ein 3 Jahres Abo besitze . Support nix , Magic Link funktioniert nicht , Code zum einloggen geht auch nicht . Kann daher Atlas nicht empfehlen
