Working days: Mon - Fri 9:00 am to 18:00 pm (except on holidays and weekends). Now we are checking the details for you to help you to solve the problem. Don't worry, our machine has a warranty period, we just need time to help you understand the specific problem before we can give you a targeted solution, thank you for your understanding~Please check with your email address, we will give you the way to solve it. The laser is the most important accessory, so there is not a lot of inventory, we are rushing to prepare it, and it is expected to ship to you within 2-4 working days, please don't worry about it.
