I have never bought this insurance before but, felt it was time since I changed my business from Sole Proprietor to LLC. The website functionality was extremely easy and precise to description of coverage's I needed and options to choose from. Lets say it was a enjoyable experience!

The underwriters for these guys responded almost instantly, with a rate that was half of other folks. Their online account setup was super easy, and I had my proof of insurance immediately. I'm a very happy customer!

Very quick and efficient. Much less than State Farm that I had for many years and kept going up and up. So far very, very satified.

They were easy, with awesome pricing, and no muss no fuss, and when I asked about who was covering me, they told me and I double-checked the companies, which happen to be giants with "A" ratings, so there was no question this was the best deal. I am deaf, so the chat feature was a HUGE plus! I now have the feeling I will have all my questions answered easily on chat.

They made getting Business Liability & Property coverage SOOO easy!! Loved the website where I could go on and explore options & what I needed. Every question/option seems to be there and I was able to play with numbers to see how I could get the best coverage for the lowest price. Then I called to ask specific questions and learn more about the policy and what they thought I should consider. Pauline was amazingly helpful ...and a latter follow up call with Karen was great, too. I felt like I was in the hands of a competent full-service insurance agency, with the added benefit of getting to easily figure things out myself. Thank you SO much for making this so easy, so fast - at by far the most reasonable rate I've found.

I really like AssureStart services. I asked to get a quote the night before and I got it the second day. Very efficient, and great services, The price is so compatible. I highly recommend small businesses to use AssureStart services!!!
