Her LinkedIn service is not just for jobseekers, it's for thought leaders, too.

She was so patient, I'm very grateful for the amazing work that she did

It has been a true pleasure getting to know Valerie Martinelli through the resume process. She took the time to get to know me through a consultation and then had me complete a questionnaire to self-reflect on my passions and career accomplishments. This ensured when she authored my resume it was my authentic self and used powerful statements to highlight my most marketable career accomplishments. Valerie had my resume completed and back to me within 3 business days of providing her with pertinent information. She then ensured it was to my satisfaction and was willing to make any revisions requested. The resume she authored was concise, convincing, and professional; truly boosting my confidence once seeing all my accomplishments. Valerie was also very motivating and empowering since I was a bit self-conscious since it had been 13 years since I needed to create a resume. She provided sound advice and was prompt with answering all my questions via email. It was truly a pleasure working with Valerie and I plan to use her services and advice in the future. As of right now, i only sent my resume to one company and I am already in round 3 of the interview process. If it weren't for her skills, the resume I had created would have been overlooked. Excellent experience!

I had the lofty expectations of revising my resume relatively quickly, seamlessly, and perfectly. I didn't have time for difficulties and if I was making an investment I wanted it to be pleasant experience. As unrealistic as that might seem given the cringe worthy typical experiences most people have with resume writing, my expectations were met. In addition, to my expectations being met I found Valerie to be a skilled writer and a pleasant person to professionally interact with whose judgement I could trust. If you'd like to enjoy rewriting your resume and be delivered an incredible product, Valerie is your best bet.

Valerie was very responsive, spend the required time with me to help me rewrite my resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter. Highly recommend!

Valerie doesn't just do the service and call it a day. She makes sure from start to finish you have complete understanding of the process and "why" things are being done a certain way or why changes are being made. She equips and educates you with knowledge and tangibles that you can take with you along with her service deliverables. She's fast, efficient, thorough, and her one-on-one sessions pre and post completion are phenomenal. She is very understanding and meets you where you are. Valerie provides "tough love" and will be blunt with you while empowering you the entire time to dig deep to get the most out of your sessions. Much of her approach is listening and then applying techniques and strategies that challenges you to analyze yourself, your goals, what drives you, and what scares you in a completely different way. All of this is to bring you to a place of enlightenment so to speak making you ready to receive the changes she will suggest for you to make to reach your objectives. It's not easy to modify how you talk, write, and express yourself. Trust when I tell you the first step is acknowledging you can't do it yourself and the second is to remove all your preconceived notions about how you want to approach it. Because newsflash, if what you thought was going to work actually did, it would have already. My suggestion is to come with an open mind. Her services will leave you with valuable takeaways that you can utilize instantly. Valerie keeps herself up to date on best practices, industry standards, and what companies are looking for in today's oversaturated business culture. She will not steer you wrong. She will not finalize anything without the other party 100% satisfied. Her entire process is very fluid and easy to follow. I am very appreciative of the work, time, and effort she puts in with everything she did for me the entire process! The price was super fair and I know she gave me more value then the price I paid which makes me an even more satisfied customer! I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of career services! Seriously, what are you waiting for? You have absolutely nothing to lose and all to gain!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Valerie. She created my resume literally from scratch. The fifteen coaching questions were so helpful for me. Right from the first conversation Valerie was able to put my mind at ease that I end up with a very marketable resume. I would highly recommend her services.
