My experience has been very valuable and professionally rewarding. I had the opportunity to work on end-to-end procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier development, project procurement and supply-chain activities across engineering, manufacturing and Oil & Gas projects. The company provided exposure to complex products, global suppliers, cross-functional teams and challenging project requirements. I particularly appreciated the opportunities to develop suppliers, negotiate with vendors, improve procurement processes and use SAP, data analytics and digital tools to improve visibility and execution. The organization also gave me opportunities to take ownership, solve real-time supply-chain challenges and contribute to cost, quality and delivery improvements. Overall, the experience helped me grow from hands-on engineering and vendor development into a strategic procurement and supply-chain leadership role.

Delivered on promise. The work and the job offer were correct. Application process was innovative, but certain. It could improve the onboarding process, because it is difficult at time to understand the process. Also, the tasks were not in alignment with my expertise, there could be a better match.
