Great opportunity to engage in a fractional role, at your own pace, leveraging your expertise. Some of the assignments have become quite popular, but Ethos does a good job of keeping a docket of engagements to apply for. They pay well, in a timely fashion, and the entire system is automated.

I enjoy working on the campaign and would like to do it more often. I think it would be great to distribute tasks according to the experts' availability. In my case, I have time to work, but I find it difficult to coordinate it with task availability. Many times I have time to work, but the queue is full and there are no tasks assigned.

All is going well. Sometimes we get stuck but support is pretty good!

This was a great opportunity as it taught me how to see and read with a different lens. Knowing that people are coming in having to change not only their mindset, but grasping a subject area they may not be familiar in order to complete the assignment may require a bit more time and grace that wasn't always afforded. In the end, I have no complaints, as I think that sentiment was shared and the company responded in a positive way.
