Always have what I need at reasonable prices

Product I ordered was delivered in a timely fashion as promised.

Received what I ordered and sooner that I hoped!

I accidentally order the Clairisonic Opal and other Clairisonic twice. Busy holiday season oops. When they arrived I contacted the company to return THE UNOPENED items and was told they are not authorized dealers and would not accept returns. I was referred to another company and now have to deal with them, which has not been a piece of cake. I would have not spent 280.00 with them had this information been available pre-purchase. I also was not happy with how short they were with me in response to my request to return the items. Not understanding or helpful at all. Very matter of face, were not returning this and don't want to deal with helping you attitude. I definitely will not return to this company.

Item i ordered was out of stock. Called Customer Service and they were able to find the item and shipped it fast.

So...I ordered this as I saw it in a magazine. I was surprised as it was not expensive at all. If it is supposed to be a miricle product, then it usually costs what 'miracle' products cost. Well, I put it on and as I was walking around the house, before I put my base and face make up on--I could FEEL it tighten on my face. It was smoothing out those wrinkles!!! So, A plus for this product! I will be a repeat customer for years to come!
