Hidden fees of $70 then a recurring membership $65 a month which was hard to find and cancel, through JustAnswer.

I paid a $2 fee for the vet to Google an answer. No big deal. Then I found I have been charged $65 a month which I never agreed to. I cannot find anyway to cancel the subscription. I’m having to dispute it through my bank. Just don’t do it!

Such a scam - advise $5.00 charge and then they did automatic bank withdraw for $90.00 (each month) The initial call was good advice and afterhours - that part was good, but did not agree to this automatic monthly fee. Will see how cooperative they are to refund my money.

Signed up for a one time answer for 5 dollars, and just noticed a 65 dollar charge for 10 months, that they have been charging me, when I never returned to the site. Impossible to cancel, having a hard time canceling this so called subscription, that I never signed up for.

I had a problem with my dog, I described it to the vet and they told me what I already knew...Take my dog to a local vet. THEN the company signed me up for a monthly subscription I didn't want and got an additional $65 from me. SCAM!!!
