I spoke to at least four people via texting for 2 hours and none of them came up with a solution to get the sound on my television. When I finally got this wonderful man he suggested something different and it worked. Plus he was kind knowledgeable and patient. Give him a reward.

The gentleman who helped me was most of all kind. He did not talk to me like I was stupid or beneath him because I do not understand tech things. He was always calm and kept me calm, which is hard when you are challenged with tasks you do not always understand. Thank you Michael!!!

The company is great and quick and very knowledgeable about the issue I needed help with. I wish I knew about this site a long time ago.

The gentleman I spoke with was so knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and very, very patient. I am not a person that is very knowledgeable with the new technology at all!!!! He walked me through everything. If I had a question, he would very patently answer it, so I could understand it. If I told him I didn't understand, he walked me though the complete process again. He got my phone connected with my G mail account. He is an asset to the company.
