I turned to Ashleigh and Bio Emotional Healing after getting a devastating diagnosis for my dad. The grief left me with an unwavering amount of panic, and anxiety. Before Bio Emotional Healing I was having panic attacks weekly. After the program I can successfully say that I have remained panic attack free. I have regained my freedom from anxiety/panic, and for that I am forever greatful. Ashleigh guided me through what felt like a sea storm of grief. I was being knocked by each wave further, and further down. Ashleigh’s program allowed me to learn how to float on top of the waves with the greif not sink to the bottom. I was able to leave the program with a new mindset. I will say to anyone who is suffering with anxiety and grief Ashleigh is a wonderful coach, therapist, and now friend. “Grief is the tax we pay on love, with out love there is no grief ”

I am an older adult who had chronic pain5 or 6 days a week. I tried several things to help me including non traditional approaches and found myself reminded by others, "Well you are just getting older." But I instinctively knew that there was something else triggering this constant ache. I tried Ashleigh's program beginning in June 2023 hoping to reduce the chronic pain to maybe 3 or 4 days a week but was surprised by the 3rd week I was without that daily gnawing ache that pretty much ruled my comings and goings. It's now the end of October and I can say without question there is something to this program as "the thing" has not returned. The videos in the program are well thought out and provide a format you can easily apply ... you just have to do it! I still go back to the videos for inspiration and marvel at how our brain works and how powerful our thoughts and emotions are! Her program is not a magic pill. You have to do the work like anything else and she is there to guide you! Love this stuff!

I heard Ashleigh randomly on a podcast and was impressed by her depth of thought and research. I’ve done a lot of self-exploration / self-development, but her program is really unmatched in terms of practicality. The way she blends neuroscience and spirituality is unique and powerful. I’m a 34 year old ivy league educated, highly ambitious female. Her program helped me immeasurably around confidence building and dealing with anxiety / overwhelm in my job. Going through her program I feel more set up and on path to create my reality. I would highly recommend her process to any one.

I never thought a change like this was possible. Bio Emotional Healing® has helped me fill my home with happiness and laughter. I’m present with my kids in a way I had only dreamed of before. I’m able to connect with my husband on a different level. It has even changed the way I see myself. I started this program as a stressed out, overwhelmed, working mom and I am a different person today. I have a lot more freedom and room in my life now. My brain literally thinks differently because this program has given me the tools to process my emotions and change anything in my life that is causing me pain. I will forever be grateful to Ashleigh Di Lello for doing this work and I am excited for the next chapter in my life

Bio Emotional Healing is a journey. It's challenging and exhausting at times but so rewarding and above all else it gave me the tools to begin my healing journey from chronic pain. When my daughter was born I experienced some unexplained chronic pain that continued to persist and get worse. After almost 2 years of countless doctors appointments, no answers and a million blood tests and procedures later, I discovered Ashleigh on Instagram. Her presence and story immediately captivated me and a few weeks later I signed up for an initial call with her. She was the first person to truly understand what I was going through. Everything she said made sense and pointed to why my pain was neuroplastic pain rather than physical pain caused by injury or disease. She was not pushy at all but reassured me that if I started Bio Emotional Healing, I would heal and attain my healing goals. My wife and I decided that I had no choice but to try this because the way I was living just wasn't working. This was something that was certainly out of my comfort zone but Ashleigh made me feel heard and was so reassuring and I knew I could trust her. My identity before Bio Emotional Healing was my pain. A month out from my 8 weeks and my identity today is more that of a father and husband and less about a person in pain. I'm finding joy in the small moments with my daughter and wife. I feel like I got my life back and I can feel the neural switch in my brain. It's crazy to think how you can change your brain. It sounds as crazy as it feels but it truly is possible. I am still on my journey and technically will always be but I am going on 4 weeks with little-to-no pain and before Bio Emotional Healing I rarely went even one day without pain. If you're considering working with Ashleigh and can afford to do so, do not hesitate to take the plunge. It is so worth it and life changing. If the financial side is holding you back the most just ask yourself what I asked myself: what is living pain free worth to you? I would have given anything to feel even 10% better when I was at my worst and you cannot put a price tag on your health and feeling your best. Don't hold yourself back. Trust the process. Ashleigh is so dedicated and with you every step of the way. She is truly an amazing soul and I feel like she was put on this earth and given her challenges in life so that she could help others. She's so caring and thoughtful and gives her life to this work and you can feel that in so many ways. On our last call she said she considers her clients to be family and that is really how it feels. I feel like I can count on her and she knows more about me than some of the closest people in my life. Ashleigh, I cannot thank you enough for helping me and for believing in me. I will carry this process with me for the rest of my life and I'm so happy that I have the tools moving forward to be the best version of myself. I am forever grateful for you and feel like I gained a great lifelong friend along the way. Thank you for everything you did and continue to do for me.

I started Bio Emotional Healing® afraid to be alone with my own thoughts. I felt consumed with fear and I truly believed that I would never be happy, I would always struggle, and that I didn’t deserve anything good in life. It was a very scary and lonely place to be. After going through this process of Bio Emotional Healing and applying what Ashleigh taught me, I see myself in a completely different light.❤️ I truly feel safe and secure with myself. I feel FREE and I know who I am. I am a strong, resilient, confident, beautiful, and an empowered daughter of God with unlimited potential! I think one of the most powerful and greatest things I’ve learned and realized is the power I have within myself. The power to create my reality. When I was experiencing a lot of fear everyday, I didn’t feel in control. I felt powerless, helpless, and hopeless. I felt stuck inside my body and mind and I truly felt like I was a prisoner and that I couldn’t get away from my own mind. And the amazing thing that I’ve learned is that I don’t have to try and get away from it, I no longer have to run, or fight so hard against it. I have learned to face it and that I have the power and tools within myself to let it go, along with the power of my Savior, and that I can truly heal. This is the greatest thing I’ve learned - the power has always been with me and I’ve never felt more confident, empowered, independent, and secure with myself. It is TRULY FREEING! It is incredibly miraculous.❤️ I feel unstoppable and that I can face and do anything. I no longer fear being with me or being alone, because I am now the most safe with me. Ashleigh, I am honored to know you and to have had your personal love and support through this process.❤️ You are a miracle, blessing, and Angel in my life. Thank you for everything Ashleigh.❤️ I’m so forever grateful for you!

On April 15th 2021 I started my Bio Emotional Healing® journey with Ashleigh. This has truly been a life altering experience for me. It’s now been almost 2 years since taking this course and I can honestly say that Ashleigh gave me my power back and the tools and skills I have learned are forever a part of me. Before beginning this testimonial, I read back on all the reasons I wanted to start this course and read through my diary of struggles and pain. It is unbelievable how that powerless Jodi no longer exists. This is not to say that I still don’t struggle with bad days, moments and periods of anxiety, but now I have the tools and awareness to embrace those moments and use them as opportunities to grow instead of reasons to sabotage myself. I first heard Ashleigh speak on a podcast  and when I heard Ashleigh’s story I knew I had to meet her. It was this feeling inside of me that just knew she would change my life. I was hesitant to spend money on myself, but I also knew there is no dollar amount for getting your life back and I just couldn’t stop the inner voice telling me this was something I had to do. Thank goodness I listened to myself, because my life has been forever changed and I am infinitely grateful to Ashleigh. I am a TYPE A dentist and have struggled my entire life with perfectionism, eating disorders and self sabotaging behaviors. I never loved myself and wasn’t very kind to myself growing up. I am an empath and internalize everybody’s feelings and usually put other people’s wants and needs before myself. I held myself back from truly living and doing certain things if it was something only I wanted and would give in a lot to family, friends and loved ones. My perfectionism and need to please and be validated by others was debilitating and suffocating me. I was mentally exhausted and depleted and my thoughts tortured me. In 2016, I was in a horrible skydiving accident. I broke my back and shattered my pelvis. Then 6 months later I tore my ACL. I needed 2 major surgeries in 1 year. I struggled for years to get my life back. Miraculously after many years I started running again pain free! I even started skydiving again, but unfortunately was struggling with this demon of fear and PTSD. I was so scared my body would break down and get injured again. I was beyond fearful of getting hurt. It got to the point where I really wasn’t living anymore because the fear of getting injured was overpowering. Every little ache and pain gave me anxiety. I had no self worth and zero confidence. Even before the accident, I had never loved myself, but afterwards I felt weak and hated myself even more. Every skydive I made, I had to literally force myself and I wasn’t enjoying this activity anymore it was this debilitating stress for me. I came to the realization I couldn’t maintain this lifestyle and furthermore it was dangerous to continue skydiving like this. I decided unless I could overcome this PTSD I would have to quit skydiving. At about this time is when I heard Ashleigh speak on the podcast and I thought if Ashleigh can help me rewire my brain to overcome this PTSD I could finally get my life back and take my power back! Well, I can proudly say that since Ashleigh’s course I was able to overcome my skydiving PTSD. I even started a new skydiving discipline that is more advanced called Wingsuiting. The ultimate test for me was to be able to make a skydive at the same place I had my accident. I figured this would be the ultimate test of this course since I had tried 3 times prior and all 3 times had panic attacks. Well, mission accomplished. My brain was literally rewired. Not only did I succeed in making a jump, I had zero trauma and I felt like a different person making this skydive. I was able to jump successfully at my accident site with zero fear or PTSD. I FELT LIKE A WARRIOR. I realized our mind will take all of our power if we let it OR we can use our mind to empower ourselves! Before Ashleigh’s course I was stuck and missing out on all the layers life had to offer in between. I spent most of my life waiting, waiting to reach a goal, waiting to be my perfect ideal weight, weighting to feel inspired to reach my personal goals and dreams, waiting for this stressful time to be over. After Ashleigh’s course I realized: the JOURNEY IS THE REWARD AND EVERY STEP IS THE DESTINATION. EVERY DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GROW AND LEARN MORE ABOUT YOURSELF. EVERY STRUGGLE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN MORE INSIGHT INTO THE AREAS I STILL NEED WORK ON. Overcoming my skydiving PTSD opened the door for me to start doing all the things I wanted to do, without fear. Ashleigh, I can never thank you enough for the tools and skills you have taught me. You teach people to rely and depend on themselves and harness their own inner powerhouse! That is the best gift anyone could ever give to you. The greatest power comes from within!!

My name is Danyel and I did Bio Emotional Healing® a year ago, and before I started it, I was full of worry, anxiety, and fear. I had a need to control everything, which took my relationship with my daughter to its lowest point ever. I was worrying about the future so much, my hair was falling out and I was diagnosed with alopecia. I was at a super low point with self-esteem. I was depressed and suicidal. I just didn't know how to change. And people would tell me, you just have to think positive Danielle. Just think positive. So I would listen to videos on YouTube, and I would try to get motivation and be positive and just think good thoughts, and I didn't realize that subconsciously I was sabotaging myself. I really wanted to change so I signed up to do Bio Emotional Healing®, and at first I thought this isn't going to work for me because nothing has worked. I was just in that negative head space because I didn't want to be disappointed. But I really wanted to change so when I spoke with my husband about taking the course, we thought: Let's try it. Let's, let's invest. Let's see what happens. And now it's a year later and we still both say: I'm 49 years old, and it is the best thing that I ever did for me! But not only for me, for my family, for my relationship with my daughter, and for my relationship with my husband. Not only am I easier to get along with, but I don't have those negative thinking patterns that I try to push onto him. I am a changed person. I don't go to the negative and I'm positive. And if I get into those ruts where those old feelings want to come back. My husband will lovingly say: Hey Daniel, why don't you listen to your videos from Ashleigh? And I will listen to them in the car and it just gets me back on track. My marriage is amazing, my self-esteem is amazing, my relationship with my daughter is amazing. I have released the need to control her. I have the ability to attain the abundance, security, joy and everything that comes with being aware and identifying and releasing those old patterns. My hair loss got less and less and my hair started growing. My health and anxiety is better. My depression is gone. I feel more level and grounded. Bio Emotional Healing® changed my life. I don’t know if I’d still be here. Ashleigh, I don’t know if anyone has ever said that you saved them, but you saved me.
