Excellent business practices and communication. REFERENCE# 233642

I searched eBay for a replacement MS-7613 (Iona-GL8E) motherboard to repair a customer's HP desktop computer. When the results put a board from Ascendtech at the top, I knew that the purchase would be reasonable and smooth as usual, because this would be about the sixth motherboard I've purchased from them so far. They notified me that the motherboard needed a part and waited for my approval before they repaired it. Now it works fine.

This place uses re-manufactured products and markets them as their own brand. We ordered a 500MB hard drive and we were given a MediaMax (Some unknown sketchy Chinese remanufacturer that doesn't even have a website) hard drive that failed in 8 months. When we called, they told us tough luck - they only have a 30 day return policy. So they don't stand behind their products, and have no interest in customer service.

The seller got my much needed order out quickly, which was a tremendous help since our home computer was non-op until this board would arrive. They responded very quickly to my inquires and I would recommend this seller to anyone. 330651846059
