On time professional and helpful

Definitely would NOT recommend this company! They "claimed" to have a problem with finding my address so instead of calling me, they sent a 2 line email saying they canceled my order on the day my event was supposed to begin and refused to place a new order for me to get the portable toilets I ordered weeks in advance. THEN, I got an automated response asking me to give them a great review. Terrible business practice and worse customer service.

You delivered unit 2 days late, to the completely wrong site 2 blocks away, never responded to my messages, I had to get truck and move it myself, requested a refund on the $45 delivery fee, again no response!!! I do not expect a human to read this nor any type of response! Respectfully, Bruce F.

I did not recieve the specific product I ordered. It was delivered late. It was never picked up. Maybe I have a relatively free Porta sitting in my yard....? The good news is the delivery person was professional, and cleaned the porta that was delivered. This is the reason for the second star.

This company is a complete mess. 100% totally incompetent.
