I’m the begging on the phone with sales person was great. Equipment was delivered later than I was told. And over a week before first clean. Ask for more cleanings was given a quote for that but never got more cleanings. I will probably never use your company again. Chris Conway

Chris, My apologies for your rental experience. I did a full audit of the sales call and the original order as entered. It was ordered as our base rental package at 1x a week cleaning. So we had delivery and the follow week scheduled for the first cleaning as rendered. However, by week two it was bumped to 2x a week cleaning and then requested at 3x a week. On that third week the removal was requested and the unit removed. My apologies we could not react fast enough to the cleaning needed for the usage of the one unit on your project site. Toilet was delivered 3 weeks ago on the wrong day, has not been services yet?? If no service is done today please pick up.

Andy, I appreciate your rental experience feedback. I show your e-mail to us on May 20 confirmed a 6/6/2022 delivery for that Monday. The first service was rendered on 6/13. That is in accordance to the rental agreement with cleaning 1x a week as the base rental. I show that delivery e-mail on our documented work order #1197609. I ordered a 5-stall Deluxe portable trailer for a wedding. Salesman at ASAP (Michael) quoted $1,927. At the end of the call, when all the information was in, he said he "made a mistake" and the actual price was $2,593, or $650 higher. I agreed to the increased price. A week later, ASAP contacted me with another price increase of $825, for a new price of $3,416! We were now too close to the event to find another option and were required to pay the upcharges. The trailer smelled foul, no additional toilet paper was provided except for what was on the holders, the radio didn't work, and no matter how many circuits we shut down (did not need A/C, tank heaters, hot water, receptacles, only lights) we could not keep the circuits from tripping. Did not have lights for the events and had to place candles for light. To top it off, the scheduled pickup date was June 6th, 2 days after the event. As of the date of this review 6/13/22 the trailer is still blocking my driveway and has not been picked up.

Brett, I'm pulling a full audit of your rental to investigate your review and experience. I do apologize for your rental experience to date. While I review the rental, I do see where you spoke to an agent yesterday about the removal and it's being picked up today 6/14, and I see that agent issued you a $75 removal delay credit as well for that aspect. There were no additional rental fees, the renal price was encompassing to the specified event including removal and delivery. *edit* Brett- I see that the order on 4/13 lead to available product type as a formal order change discussed on April 21 for the June 3rd wedding event. The 4/21 discussion was directly about the mileage delivery fee of the trailer due to location. Per your e-mail approved the mileage of the trailer on April 21, 2022. The initial quote the sale person entered in was $2593.41 for the 5-stall trailer that includes delivery for 50 miles. I will be contacting your personally about credit for the condition at delivery. I requested and paid for expedited delivery and it was not delivered in the 24 hour window. It was delivered in 48 hours. Please refund the 75 dollar rush service fee please.

Barry, I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a 5-star experience. My apologies for any frustration or misunderstanding with your order. I see your online order form submission was omitting a product selection. On your online order cart only a rush fee was selected. I see that we got that situated and a product added to that reservation and out for delivery. That rush fee is only applicable if we can delivery on that delivery window specified. The amount rush fee was not invoiced to you in that respect. You can view all your rental documents online 24/7 via our customer portal or I'll be happy to go over the quote to the invocied amount in person or on the phone. 904-751-2177 is our customer support line.
