Had a bill for over a year that was incorrect and called a dozen times and was told it would be taken off and corrected. Even had a collection agency call and harness & threaten me several times. Terrible experience, no one really cared nor did they care enough to call back.

Pour communication. Picked up my toilet one week early from the job site. Charged me for the full rental period, rather than refunding me for the time that service was not provided.

5 stars. Definitely would recommend . Great customer service. :)

I used Arwood Waste for a bathroom remodel job on my house, the driver was very nice and did not damage my property when delivering or picking up dumpster. The price was good and the availability of service was spot on. I will use them again

First and foremost, they destroyed the yard. The guy picking up the container took 3+ hours to do it. Had to get his supervisor out to help guide him. They also broke the driveway. I have pictures as proof. Secondly, they were rude. Lastly, they didn't inform of us due dates correctly but were more than happy to let us keep the container and charge us hundreds of dollars more in late fees. I was renovating the house for the mother in law and was working on a budget and they knew this, but did not care. Also, their collections department sent us letters threatening to put a lien on the house! Renter beware, do not choose this company! Since I can't post a picture to my review as evidence, I made my profile picture on this site one of the pics I took of you guys removing your container! Try to prevent people from seeing that evidence! And I posted the link to a whole album of evidence to my profile! And if I'm not a verified customer, how come Trustpilot says I am? Because you guys sent an email to me asking for an honest review! Don't ask if you don't want the truth! The Product Reviews Introduction & FAQ section of this site states this: Can anyone leave a product review? At the moment, product reviews can only be left in response to your invitation. So you can claim I'm not a customer, but only those sent an invite by you can leave a review. So you kinda messed up Arwood! Edit 5/23/17: So now Arwood has changed their claim that I wasn't an actual customer. A sand pit? The yard had grass there prior. The driver told us that if he placed it on the driveway it could break it. So after that is when we told him to put it next to the driveway. After the yard was torn up we were told someone from your company would be out to at least level the ground out. This never happened. We had to have a tree company level the ground so they could bring their equipment in to take down a tree in the backyard. I was never informed of any meeting. The mother in law has special needs, so yes we informed her to leave you guys alone, to save you the trouble of dealing with her. The driveway was damaged during the container removal, as seen in the pics. It's been over a year, but if you guys really want to meet for some reason email me at the email address that was attached to the account (the one you sent all the delinquency notices to), and we could possibly arrange something.
