I felt like my call was taken by a room filled with operators, not real personable, but very efficient. Have not yet received my confirmation email. I did have to call to change the delivery date, not sure if that was successful or not, ( not confirmation yet).

This Company harasses you like no other, The day after I got my bill i got sent multiple emails harassing me to pay my bill on a 30 day term agreement! My company is on auto pay mind i tell you. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Customer Service isn't great either.

I called several companies with a special request for delivery times. For the most part, I was met with an apathetic answer. My conversation with Arwood was completely different. Toni and Mike worked with me and got the delivery time I needed. Toni answered all my questions and was very attentive and helpful. I appreciate the effort they took to assist me in having a successful event.
