Paid alot of money and they don't show up bad business

I am very unhappy with this company. First the delivery was 2 days late, then when it was delivered it hit my customers house. Now it has been 2 weeks, I can't get anyone on the phone and the dumpster is still at the jobsite and no remedy on the damage to the house.

Al did a Great Job ! She was professional and gave me all the information I needed to make a choice about my dumpster size and pick up service frequency. I called 4 competitors before calling Arwood Waste. The other companies were either Rude or unprofessional. I was almost about to believe that all Dumpster companies were the same. All that has changed now since I called AL at Arwood.

Very handy, with quick response time. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I had to call a couple of times about our weekly cleaning.
