They were so nice and polite.

Chatty was very helpful and patient with me to get our order for the temporary fencing correct. We never got the fence. They tried to deliver after the time for which the mall allowed the installation. This was made to AW when ordered. The fence was to be delivered the next day at the specified time. We later got a call that there now was no fencing available. I strongly advise not to use this company.

Atwood quoted one price and then when I accepted increased the price. When I asked why, the individual who responded had very little insight and provided a very vague response. It seemed that he was not knowledgeable and I think the extra charge was in error. In requesting a return, I called twice and left a message to have my dumpster picked up and was promptly text that someone would followup. Three days later I called back and got a voicemail and text again. It wasn't until I called their sales staff that I got a person and used her to initiate a pickup. I do not recommend this service. Up charging, not a knowledgeable staff and poor response unless you are trying to buy something.

Shelby and Chatty have been very professional and personal making sure we have exactly what our needs are on the job site...I only wish more companies would operate like this.. cheers to you both

Amazing services and extremely helpful. Had a few special request I needed and with no problem the company was able to fulfill our needs. Will be doing business again in the future.
