Hello Mr. Lay, I am sorry we did not have the opportunity to provide you services, but rest assured we did not charge your card and you were not billed for anything. Unfortunately your particular town does not allow curbside pick up which is why we could not provide a service. They operate collection centers instead of allowing curbside collection which is why we could not provide you service. Yesterday we sent to you a list of the collection centers and their addresses. Unfortunately this is all we can do given your particular city's regulations. I apologize and hope you will give us an opportunity to serve you again in the future. Thanks, Team Arwood
