I have dealt with this company before. They are very easy to work with and delivered the unti the very next day!

I don't even know who I'm dealing with here. I get calls from Florida, at 6:30 am PST, I called a local number and asked for a Thursday pickup, today I get a call that says the pickup is today.

The sub contractor you used for my order showed up a day late, and so far a day late getting it out of here.

Updates were consistent so I always knew what was happening and when it would happen.

A month after they picked up my unit they extorted me for $177 because I didn't cancel it properly. Apparently Arwood Waste agents don't have the authority to make cancellations.

Ordering soooo easy online!

Rented a dumpster for 10 days and they charged me 3 extra days. I requested the pickup on a Monday (the 10th day) and got email saying that they would pick it up a couple of days later but that I would not be charged. They came on Wednesday and then I got a invoice for the 3 extra days. Customer service is not good, I called multiple times to dispute the extra invoice, they would just transfer me to another person, the new person would say that they would call back and nothing and in meantime I keep on getting emails with the invoice. Finally after 7 weeks I gave up and just paid the invoice. I will never use them again not do I recommend them.
