Failure to deliver product even after 36 hours. No call no service. Do not expect customer service or delivery of product from this company. Maybe this is why they had to change branding.

I have received the best customer service EVER by Deb Robinson. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely accommodating to our needs. She fixed our invoices more than once, in order to get them just right and has been instrumental in making certain our Nursing Centers are up to date with current invoicing etc. She also sent each center an email letting them know she is on hand should they need further assistance. I am at the Regional Level and have passed these invoices down to the center level. I sincerely hope ASAP knows just what a great employee they have in Deb....:Thank you so very much. I am not happy with this company at all, we ordered a porta potty for ONE month, apparently when you tell them one month you still have to call and have them pick it up because we had it one extra day in their “billing cycle” and we were charged for an additional month!!! So technically we paid an entire month for a service we did not use. As the owner of a construction company we have used many providers and have never been treated this way, we will definitely not return again.
