ordered set of 4 print cartridges but one (yellow) did not operate when inserted into printer. Had to leave old cartridge in place in order to get printer to operate....

Sorry to hear that the 1 out of 4 cartridges were not recognized by your printer. Since the other 3 are recognized, that could mean that the 1 you are having trouble with is not making good contact, or the chip could be faulty. Please contact us with your printer model and cartridges models, and order number, email to [email protected], so we can provide assistance with either a troubleshooting resolution or a replacement.
THESE WERE GREAT DEALS AND SHOWED UP ON TIME! TO BE HONEST, I NEEDED THEM ASAP!

Just what you'd want from an outfit that sells both branded and off-brand printer supplies. Had one issue with a branded product, but ASAP made good on it. It just took a little longer than I expected.
