the web gave me some trouble, but when I called the office about my order the young man corrected the error without a hitch. Delivery was very quick and always has been. I think your crew work for the company hence I keep ordering from you...keep it up.

Great prices, good products and good delivery. I recently used a promotion code that stated "free delivery" in the email I received. But when I entered the promotion code, I did receive the product discount but was still charged a delivery fee. This has happened the last two times I tried to use ASAP Inkjets promotion coupons that stated "free delivery." I have brought this up with ASAP but they haven't fixed their sales software.

I have bought a lot of cartridges from ASAP Inkjets over several years--mostly manufactured ones, but some original ones I purchased when I have had some problems with some of their own cartridges. It seems strange that when I have a problem, I often find that the next ones I order may have 'these have updated chips' or something similar. Usually, I just eat the cost of the cartridge that failed---because it does not seem easy to get refunds for cartridges. However, lately, I actually made a refund request for 2 cartridges using the online screens--but never got a reply. After talking with the person I often order cartridges from, he helped me get a refund, but it was very awkward and took several weeks--longer than the weeks I waited for the original reply. Much improvement needed here!!!

Have not had occasion to load new items yet. However delivery was timely. A bit pricey compared to past several years costs for older PIXMA MG.
