I've tried using Asana for managing my team of ten, but it just doesn’t cut it for us. It gets cluttered quickly, and some features feel limited. Plus, navigating through the interface can be slow at times. Not the comprehensive tool I hoped for.

Worse client experience I have ever received. I have to say that they don't proof read emails or get back to you on the matters you actually contacted them about. Glitchy functionality of the programme too at the best of times as soon as you have multiple users. So if you're looking to use it as a dashboard on team calls, look elsewhere. No help offered and the subscription model is a joke. Won't be continuing past my current commitment.

Really disappointed with their subscription terms. No other SaaS these days reject refund when changing plans on the day of the payment. I need the smaller plan and only realised that the day when they payment's gone. These things happen and i requested a refund to be downgraded immediately rather than paying for feature i don't need. They rejected the request and said that i will be on the higher plan for another month. No other SaaS locks you in higher plan when it is clearly stated that this is not needed.

I used the free Asana offering a few years ago. Since I'm a solopreneur, I didn't need all the group task management, so it did the job of tracking projects and sending reminders. After I spent most of a day two weeks ago working out a calendar for my master's dissertation, everything disappeared when my free trial ended. I was allowed to "downgrade," but I can't access the one project I had done. I am very, very unhappy!!!

Aucun SAV. Pas d'humain, pas de possibilité de résilier, pas de possibilité de supprimer des mebres d'organisation, Asana est une belle arnaque client avec de multiples promesses non tenues et l'impossbilité de se désabonner par la voie classique, en se désabonnant. Ils parviennent donc à soutirer deux ou trois mois de fonctionnement supplémentaires au client mécontent en ignorant leurs demandes de désabonnement ou en envoyant des conseils clients inadaptés qui retardent encore la fermeture. Seule solution, l'oppostion bancaire. A fuir absolument

Bad customer service.

Look. We built our entire community outreach workflow around their free workspaces, and they suddenly drop a 2-user limit on us without warning. It feels incredibly restrictive and dishonest to handle grassroots users this way. Trying to get support to answer anything about seat changes or data lockouts is a joke—just generic automated responses at 2 AM while our project timeline falls apart. Honestly, don't waste your vital grant funding on this corporate bloat when they just take your content hostage.

I opened a support case with Asana and had to follow up multiple times, only to receive generic, automated responses confirming receipt rather than any meaningful help. Despite being assigned case numbers (09391595 and 09391972), there has been no clear resolution or direct engagement from a support representative. The communication feels impersonal and slow, with no real accountability or timeline for resolving the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, the responses simply redirect me back to the help center or ask me to wait for further updates. Overall, the customer service experience has been frustrating and inefficient, especially when dealing with what appears to be an ongoing issue. I expected a more responsive and hands-on approach from a platform that is widely used for professional work management.
