The Artsy Support Team (especially Lauren) helped expedite a special piece in time for a special occasion. They stayed involved and monitored the piece until it arrived safely. They were excellent partners with great communcation.

I was trying to locate a work that was in a "Trove this week" email. When I contacted Artsy I had minimal information to aid in the search. They located the work for me within an hour or two! Even though the gallery was no longer an Artsy partner, Isabel provided me with contact information. Kudos to Artsy for providing exceptional customer service.

I purchased (2) pieces (by the same artist from the Abigail Ogilvy Gallery) using the Buy it Now feature. After I completed the order, the gallery told me (through the Artsy support team) that they would not sell me the items unless I paid an additional 40% for them. It feels really unethical that once I committed to purchasing the art work using the Buy it Now price that was set by the gallery, that the gallery/Artsy came back to me afterwards and demanded more money. 40% is a lot more.

A package we shipped was damaged by FedEx. Artsy informed us and we immediately sent a replacement. It was all very easy and professional.
