I purchased a mug from Art-O-Rama and unfortunately it arrived broken. But Phil was very responsive and a new mug was sent to me to replaced the damaged one very quickly. Got the new mug and love it!

Additional item was added to cart with cart our approval, and then refused to cancel it. So we ended up giving it away on arrival...wrong item and wrong size. Terrible customer service.

Way too small! Fits like a child’s shirt!

We appreciate you reaching out to us concerning the sizing matter with the t-shirt you recently received. We deeply regret any inconvenience this situation might have caused you. At our company, our utmost goal is to furnish accurate sizing details and provide top-notch products to all our valued customers. Our sizing charts are comprehensive, and we make use of photographs featuring real-life models to ensure a genuine portrayal. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that personal preferences and body types can lead to occasional differences in fit.
I sent an email on receiving the shirt, unfortunately, I'm not very pleased by the quality of the image on the T-shirt – when compared to the photograph on your website, the shirt image is washed out, with the detsils faint or missing.
