We ordered 2 custom barn doors with hardware. Quality is excellent. Shipped on time. On-line ordering works well. On-line chat and telephone customer service reps were very knowledgeable and helpful during selection and ordering process. Our contractor had some installation questions and got quick answers over the phone from customer service. Overall a great purchasing experience. Would recommend them without hesitation.

We love the end product! We chose their midcentury design and we get a lot of compliments on the uniqueness of the doors. We had a little snag because the doors they initially sent us were actually damaged. Artisan Hardware was quick to fix their mistake and sent us new doors within a few weeks.

The doors and hardware we ordered were beautiful, just what we needed to complete the space. The ordering process went well and they were very helpful and arrived in the time discussed.
